Art Expressions is an opportunity for creative personal exploration, regardless of your experience. We will be using visual art to understand conflicts or feelings that are causing you stress and anxiety as well as to express feelings of isolation and depression in ways you otherwise could not. Art Expressions will provide encouragement for sharing your thoughts, ideas, and feelings as much or as little as you want. We will make art to heal both the mind and the body.
