Family Care Center was founded by retired Army psychiatrist Dr. Chuck Weber with the mission to care for tricare beneficaries and Veterans. We've stayed true to this mission with about 80% of those we serve being from this population. In addition, we remain culturally competent by hiring those who understand the military lifestyle and the challenges it brings.
